Return & Exchange Timeframe

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days from the date you receive your order. This gives you plenty of time to ensure your Active Aura pieces fit perfectly and match your style vision.

Conditions for Returns & Exchanges

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached
  • Original packaging should be included when possible
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required
  • Items must be returned from the original shipping country

Non-Returnable Items

To ensure hygiene and quality standards, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Jewelry (for hygiene reasons)
  • Bralettes (intimate apparel)
  • Home Goods (decorative items)
  • Any items that show signs of wear, damage, or missing tags

Return & Exchange Process

  1. Submit Your Request: Complete the Return & Exchange Form below and email it to our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order.
  2. Receive Authorization: We’ll review your request and send you a Return Authorization Number within 2 business days.
  3. Package Your Items: Securely pack the items in their original packaging with all tags still attached.
  4. Ship Your Return: Mail your return package to our fulfillment center at:

  6. Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return (typically 3-5 business days after arrival), we’ll process your refund or exchange.

Refund Information

Refund Timeframe: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and approve your return. The timing of when you’ll see the refund in your account depends on your payment method and financial institution:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 7-10 business days
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days

Please Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll cover the standard shipping cost to send your new items.

International Returns

As we serve fashion-forward customers globally (excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia), international returns follow the same process. However, customers are responsible for return shipping costs for international returns unless the return is due to our error.
