Short Sleeve blouse with ruffle detail at sleeve and rounded V neck with shirring at center. The fabric is non-stretch, lightweight, breathable, woven.  If between sizes, size down.

Melissa is 5’5 size 4 between sizes Extra Small (XS) and Small (S) and can wear either size but prefers the XS.
Model is 5’8 wearing an Extra Small (XS).
